When the Congress party ruled, no development schemes were provided on the basis of caste and Creed - Dr. Satyam Srirangam.

National development is possible only with the Congress. Congress is credited with bringing independence and building a new India - Dr. Satyam Srirangam.

TPCC Working President Mahesh Kumar Goud, Telangana Dalit Congress President Nagarigari Preetham, TPCC spokesperson Dr.  Satyam Srirangam, Harivardhan Reddy from Medchel, Ragidi Lakshma Reddy from Uppal, Surender Mudiraj and a large number of Dalit Congress leaders and activists were present.  On this occasion, 
Satyam Srirangam said that it was because of the drafting of the Constitution by the Congress and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar that all the people got equal rights, that the Congress brought secularism, equality and democracy to this country, that it was only the Congress party that gave Ambedkar, who was a Dalit, the opportunity to write the Constitution 75 years ago, and that the Dalit Bandhu scheme undertaken by the state government was a fraudulent scheme. 
 He said that when the Congress party and any political party ruled, no development schemes were provided in terms of castes and religions.  Rahul Gandhi is walking 4500 kilometers across the country for five months.  Rahul Gandhi said that he has undertaken the padayatra with the aim of defeating and ousting the BJP government which has split the country into two for the sake of the people and for the sake of our country.
