Hanumanthu Bhukya, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Networks) Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science, Warangal (KITSW), has been awarded PhD degree by the Kakatiya University (KU), Warangal said by the principal, Prof. K. Ashoka Reddy.

 On this occasion KITS principal Prof K Ashoka Reddy said that Hanumanthu had submitted his Ph.D. thesis titled “Map Reduce framework driven Rough-sets based classification models for big data analytics”. He did his research work under the supervision of Dr. M. Sadanandam, Associate Professor & Principal, KU college of engineering and Technology for women.  Hanumanthu has developed a novel approach for classifying big data with data uncertainty and columnar format. “The aim of the thesis is to develop an enhanced approach for distributed learning systems using MRCF driven Rough set classification, which can address major data uncertainty issues and handle columnar data formats with applicability in real-time domains” Ashoka Reddy added.

In this regard Former Rajya Sabha MP and KITSW Chairman Capt. V. Lakshmikantha Rao, Treasurer, Sir. P. Narayana Reddy and Additional secretary & Husnabad MLA Vodithala Sateesh Kumar has congratulated and appreciated him for doing more applicable society needed research in the field of Data Science.

In this regard Associate Professor & Head, CSND, Dr. S. Narasimha Reddy, Administrative Officer, Prof. P. Ramesh Reddy, all the deans, all the heads, faculty, staff and Head, PSD, Associate Professor of Chemistry, & PRO Dr. D. Prabhakara Chary congratulated him on being awarded a Ph.D. degree at KU, Warangal.
