' Diamond Jublee '  should be organized grandly : Mallareddy

Minister Mallareddy, who was the chief guest in a special meeting with mayors, municipal chairmen, ZPTCs, MPPs, public representatives and officers of the district under the chairmanship of Collector Harish, said that as per the instructions of the government, the Telangana National Unity Diamond jublee Festival should be organized on a grand scale for three days.

In this regard, Minister Mallareddy stated that public representatives and officials should move forward with mutual cooperation and succeed. He said that on the first day of Telangana National Integration Diamond Festival, a huge rally will be held from Medchal Checkpost to Medchal Mini Stadium at 11 am on the 16th of the district headquarters.

Minister Mallareddy said that Rajya Sabha MP Santosh Kumar will be the chief guest for this program. All arrangements should be made in this regard. Minister Mallareddy suggested that the district officials should closely monitor the meal programs to arrange meals for everyone after the rally.

Later, he said that on 17th, the national flag should be unveiled in every gram panchayat, municipality and mandal of the district. The minister said that after the unfurling of the national flag, the state chief minister will inaugurate KCR Banjara Bhavan and Sevalal Bhavan, after which he will attend a public meeting at NTR Stadium to make it a success.

District Collector Harish has been advised to make all arrangements in this regard. Also, on 18th of this month, cultural programs and honoring programs for artists will be organized in the district. Minister Mallareddy said that the Telangana National Unity Diamond Festival should be a success for everyone.

Medchal – Malkajigiri district collector Harish said that as per the orders of the state government and Chief Minister KCR, necessary arrangements are being made for two thousand ST representatives to go to the assembly on 17th and they have already informed the officials of the respective departments. The Collector explained that we are moving ahead according to the plan by regularly monitoring the details of the programs to be undertaken by the government departments and taking all kinds of measures to make the National Unity Diamond Jubilee  a success across the district.

Collector Harish made it clear that pre-arrangements have been made for the programs to be undertaken for three days across the district without any problems. He also said that orders have been issued to the officials of the concerned departments in this regard.

District Rural Development Department (DRDA) officer Padmajarani, district officers, public representatives, officials, staff and others participated in this meeting.
