SHOBHA KARANDLAJE TO PRESENT NATIONAL AWARDS TO 32 BEST AGRI STARTUPS AT MANAGE, HYDERABAD

Sushri Shobha Karandlaje, Honourable Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmer Welfare, Government of India will distribute MANAGE-Samunnati Awards to Best 32 Agri Startups in the country in a function at MANAGE, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad tomorrow (14th September 2022). 

More than 250 Agri Startups across the country applied for the MANAGE-Samunnati Awards 2022. After a thorough evaluation by a team of 21 Jury Members who are experts in Agriculture and Allied Sectors, 32 Agri Startups were selected for MANAGE - Samunnati Awards for 2022 which includes - 5 National level Awards including Two Special Awards for Women Agri-Startups) and 27 State level Awards representing Northeast, North, South, East, West regions of the country. The National Award Winners will get Rs. 1 Lakh each as prize money.

Dr. Chandra Shekara, Director General, MANAGE, Shri. Anil Kumar, Founder & CEO, Samunnati Financial Intermediation & Services, Dr. Saravanan Raj, Director (Agricultural Extension), MANAGE; all Awardees and MANAGE faculty and staff will participate in the ceremony.

The MANAGE - Samunnati Awards for 2022 recognises Agri Startups for their contributions to Agriculture innovation system and Farmers Service. It also provides opportunity to all winner Agri Startups to showcase their activity during the award ceremony.
